To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Automate Post ILT Booster Messages
Summary
We currently manually send boosters to reinforce learning after ILT sessions and are looking for an automated solution.Content
We send an email booster 2-days, 2-weeks, and 2-months after a class. Today, we do this manually by entering all of the class participants into an email and then sending the booster (a multiple choice question, short video, or article). We put the reminders our outlook calendar and then send the email out to each group. This is timely and cumbersome solution. There are "after" time/date triggers on certain messages but don't seem to be looking in the right place to set these up.
