AR Transaction View Image opens PDF multiple times

When I click the View Image button for an AR Transaction it will open at least 2 copies of the PDF of the transaction.

And when it opens the first one a "View Image" pop up box comes up on the Oracle screen with a "x" in the upper right corner and an OK button at the bottom right corner.  If I close that box, with either the "x" or by clicking the OK button yet another copy of the PDF of the transaction opens.  So I typically end up with 3.
