In Taleo, can anyone describe the best features they have enabled for a manager to be aware that their employee has applied for another job?  Any email alerts or submission approvals that you have enabled to make the current employee's manager aware or approve the application.  We are managing these task outside of our system and would like to know some best practices or creative uses within Taleo.
