Calculating Years of Experience

Need to calculate years of experience, candidates marked with multiple jobs are causing issues.

We are trying to calculate years of experience for candidates, when pulling the data we are struggling to determine how we can calculate individuals experience when their record has multiple jobs spanning a timeframe and it indicates to present.  I believe the problem is caused when candidates use the resume parser. See example below to better understand the issue we are experiencing.

Work Experience 1 - Jan 2016 - Present - Director

Work Experience 2 - Jan 2006 - Present - Manager

Work Experience 3 - Jan 2001 - Jan 2006 - Assistant Manager
