Would like to know the key columns to update the consultants with certifications

Hello Team,

We have certifications listed in the HCM and have an spreadsheet with the list of all the employees  with certifications. I would like to upload them into HCM so it reflects all the employees with certifications. What are the key columns I should have in the spreadsheet?
