Two pages in Benefits to update in 19A

Content

Developing our benefits application and have "Need Help? Contact Us" and "Review Employee Resources" pages that I'd like to add content to. I can do it through a sandbox/personalization but it seems like there should be something in Benefits Administration or Setup and Maintenance that would have built in functionality to update those sections. I've looked through documentation but haven't found anything related yet. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
