This is regarding the approval process for Workforce Compensation.
Our client is looking for approval process flow to be as below:
Step1. LineManager(A) will submit the compensation plan for approval.
Step2. The approval must be routed to LM(A's) Matrix Manager.
Step3. Once the Matrix Manager approves , it must route to LM(A's) Line Manager.
Step4. Once the LM(A's) Line Manager approves , the approval must be routed to the Line Manager of Matrix Manager who approved the plan in step 2.
Currently available options in the compensation are:
1.Primary Manager Hierarchy
2.Other Manager hierarchy
