Monthly Headcount by Assignment Status for each Month

Summary

Monthly Headcount by Assignment Status for each Month

Content

The business is looking for Headcount by Month by Assignment Status.  I tried using the Workforce Trends Real Time, Assignment Event Real Time and Assignment Real Time to see Monthly Headcount by Assignment.  It looks like the Assignment Status in the Workforce Trends Real Time is current status.  Below is my current XML for this report.

Has anyone else tried building this type of report?

Thank you in advance.
