Hello,

I am new in MCS and want to develop native android application using MCS. I want to know how can i get access to MCS. how can i go to this screen

.

I have tried using this link.

https://cloud.oracle.com/mobile

and use get started for free. After successful signup got a mail from oracle with list of services but MCS is not maintain there.
