Hello,

One of the recipients mails in agent - is not being sent , ALL other mails are sent .

what could be the reason of one of the emails to not being sent?

The mail seems correct .

The mail is a GROUP mail - includes dash char  '-' in between for example :

ROW-XX@gmail.com
