Hello

I am trying to load an offer letter, although I have zipped the rtf template I get error as seen in attached screenshot. Is there some setup missing because of which system is not accepting the file?

All I have done so far is create an rtf template and upload that too Recruiting Content Library > Job Offer Letter Template.
