Plan level life events are still evaluating eligibility of other plans

Change salary life event is only updating coverage for employer paid benefits, noticed that when this was processed eligibility of other plans is also being validated. I also realize that this is just dropping due to our eligibility rules but I was not expecting this to happen since the life event is not tied to that plan. Wondering if this is expected or we should submit an SR. We've also enhanced our audits for anyone who doesn't meet eligibility rules but never submitted a QLE.

Example: Employee is in a Employee + DP option for Medical plan, they updated their DP to a Spouse but never submitted a Marriage event. When the change salary event was processed it ended the Medical plan enrollment since they are not eligible for that Option and now are not showing Waive the plan just disappears.
