I am looking for ways to automate India salary structure. For my company, we have base, commission and MBO. Also base is divided into multiple components as mentioned below. Also note that Manager can submit promotion, salary change through MSS. So the suggestion should supported through compensation update in promotion. Also need to be supported for compensation update through Merit cycle (compensation workbench). HRA Allowance, LTA reimbursement ,Food vouchers etc. are % of base pay.

 

Basic Salary

House Rent Allowance

LTA reimbursement

Food Vouchers

Telephone reimbursement

Gift Voucher

Special Allowance
