1. Should be able to view the output of Jobs run from SOA user as jobs are scheduled from SOA User.For achieving this  team created one role ‘ESS View Output’ role to the user
2. Now user can  view other users job runs and also gets a section to view Output but the problem is the user cant see the republish button.We need republish button for some the jobs to view the output
3. If we add the BI admin role we can see the republish button for that user 
4. Is there any way to achieve this to get the republish button without giving BI admin role
