HCM Extracts: Extracting Worker Goal Plans Name?

Dear members!
I am looking to extract all goal plans associated with workers in the company by HCM Extracts; I can extract successfully the worker goals, but I need to get also the Worker Goal Plan. I am using the following extract, but every time that I add a new child (worker goal plan) using the User Entity "HRG_EXT_GOAL_PLAN_UE", I get a validation, but the extract only shows my workers and not their goal plan.
Attach you have an xml to extract workers and their goals. Any idea?
