Payment Method Change Notification

Getting a notification when an employee changes bank account informationContent
Hello all.
A supervisor asked if a notification could be sent to an employee's home email (if provided) when they made a change to their Payment Method (bank account) information. The example given is when an employee adds a new bank or changes a deposit amount.
After reviewing Customer Connect, I have not found a solution.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
