W2 Negative Balances Audit Report

I need a report that provides tax information when an employee has negative balances that would show up on their W2.

Hi,

The company I work for recently converted to Oracle Cloud. In our previous system, we had a report for W2 negative balance that would identify what tax bucket was in the negative and needed to be corrected. If the system itself cannot prevent the negative values in the W2, I would imagine that it has some way to audit for these negatives with an out of the box report. Any assistance provided is appreciated.
