Oracle Work Force Compensation Question on Worksheet column Net Payout

Content

I have a requirement to map multiple element mapping to a Worksheet column Net Payout.  Net Payout is an amount user defined column on the worksheet that is populated after the calculation finally and is paid to the employees via payroll elements.

The related compensation plan has several jobs in the eligibility and each job should map to an element defined in the element mapping for Net Payout.

For instance:

Job1, Job2 and Job3 should map to Element1

And

Job4 and Job5 to Element2 and etc.,

How can I accomplish this?  Any ideas... fast formulas/Dynamic column definition???

Howdy, Stranger!
