Benefits Enrollment Report - Duplicate Records

How to remove duplicate records after employee's EOI

Content

Hello,

Our Benefits department is in a need of reports that shows all benefit enrollments per Plan Type for the current month. One of the reports is for “Voluntary Life Spouse”. I am receiving duplicate rows for employees who had an EOI. In order to remove the duplicate line, I was thinking that I could bring in a field that would have an end date to the old record, but I didn’t find a field that would have this information. “Coverage Through Date” is the same for both records, so I cannot use this as my filter.
