SSO with IDCS

We have got Error500　InternalServerError from TBE when trying to SSO using IDCS

Does anyone know a case about SSO connection between TBE and IDCS?

We received following message from TBE.

Error 500--Internal Server Error 
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1: 
10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error 
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request. 

Please give us an idea to resolve this issue.
