Unable to get the Budget Pool name from LOV - Budget Allocation

While trying to allocate the budget for the plan, i was not able to get the budget pool name from the list of values and the field shows as Blank.
Note: For Manager level budget, i do not have any issue and when it's going for worker level budget, i getting the issue.
