Need to find a way to trigger a benefit life event when making changes to the Manage Employment fields in HR.  Fields being changed include:

Collective Agreement (PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_M.COLLECTIVE_AGREEMENT_ID)

In reviewing the Manage Life Events > Data Changes > Create Person Change > Table Name/Column Name options - This column is not available although it exists under the PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_M table.
