Ability to use ORC with Department Trees
Content
Hi Guys,
Seeking some input around the use of ORC with department trees. I'm aware of position management currently part of the 19B release, but would it still work as effectively if we're not using position management? The department tree allocates only 1 manager to each department, each team will sit in the same department and their Position titles remain as a flexfield.
I'm mostly interested in:
- What are the key areas we need to be aware of if we go ahead with ORC with a department tree? can it be done? what are some hurdles we need to be aware of?
