How to use Rate Type as 'Bonus' with defined values for specific grades in Oracle HCM Cloud

Hello All,

Can anyone help to use the Rate Type as Bonus with defined values for specific grades. Is there a way to utilize these values by configuration through employee. PFA, snapshot FYR.
