Cannot Find Category Name in Service Requests

Hey everyone,

We recently installed HCM and we use the service model to act as our HR Help desk.  I have been able to find all the fields we populate within the SR but when i look for the category name, I am unable to find the data.  I have tried every category name field i can think of but all of them are blank.  When I use the category ID, i get a value but not the different values in the category name field.  Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.
