I hope this post finds you well.

Our business is looking to automate the reclaim of overpayments. I wondered if anyone would be happy to share how you handle the reclaim of overpayments in your business?

Our business intends to recover a default 25% of contractual (not gross pay) as a recovery plan. The intention is a measure to prevent the immediate clawback of overpayments and risk of financial hardship to employees.

Do you handle overpayment reclaims ‘manually’ via processes currently, or has an automated solution been built in your payroll system?
