Hello All,
We're in the process of implementing engagement cloud with CTI integration. the customer has the following 2 requirements to be implemented and I would like to know if they are doable through having some customizations on CTI popup screen and if they are doable what is the best approach to have them done,
1. Once receiving a call and CTI screen popups, automatically catch caller number and use it to find a match in a 3rd party application via web service, if match number found, getting some information available in the 3rd party application and list it in custom page (or tab) within CTI popup.
