We want to maintain contingent worker data from PeopleSoft to HCM. How to load contingent worker data using HDL without removing assignment records or rows. 

 

 

Example: In HCM we hired an employee on 10/07/2018 but in PeopleSoft he has Contingent worker data from 01/08/2015 to 03/31/2017 and hired as an employee on 10/07/2018.

As per Peoplesoft his hire date is 01/08/2015. In HCM we want to maintain same data, so we changed his hire date from 10/07/2018 to 01/08/2015. When we try to change his hire date and load his contingent worker and employee data using HDL, we are getting error: You cannot change the legal employer hire or start date if multiple assignment records exist for the same date. You must remove the records to change the date.
