Application sends the same email twice
SummaryWhen updating the field value of multiple records, the application sends the same email notification twice.
I created a custom field in the Accounts-Details page where if a certain value is selected from the custom field (Yes) an email is sent to the customer associated with the account after pressing a custom action button (that does not save the record) and pressing Save and Close.
After doing such action, the application sends the same email template that I defined twice for some reason. Can anyone help please?
