Last step to complete upgrade to Profile V2 error message: incident: 393, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_HA, Application Name: ORA_HCM_UIAPPContent
Dear community,
We tested the profile V2, and prepared the migration.
Now in PRD we mapped the fields and ran the update profile user data.
We arranged some fields to be hidden in the various person content sections and also some elements of the profile talent ratings that we do not use.
As we are ready to push the button , we receive this error message with the text: "An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information. An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 393, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_HA, Application Name: ORA_HCM_UIAPP"
