Tracking Original Submission Date After Candidate Has Been Matched

Hi

We have scenarios where a candidate applies to Requisition A and at a point in the hiring process is matched and Hired into Requisition B.  

I am needing to track by candidate the job submission completion date for Requisition A and the Start Date hired in Requisition B all in the same row.  Anytime submission completion date it is pulling the most recent date which is the date the candidate was matched to Requisition B.

Does anyone know of a way to accomplish this?
