Implementing Plan Type Minimum Plan - Life Insurance
Summary
We are researching using the minimum plan configuration but are running into processing issuesContent
I have been seeking more information on processing life events when using a minimum plan configuration so hoping if there are any additional resources I've been unable to find or perspectives on life event setup.
Specifically for Life insurance:
We use an EOI process so if the life insurance is denied we then receive the error. Is there an option to deny and move the person to waived as of that date? We can see the amount denied on a report but our admins can't see this in the UI. It would also help provide clarity if an employee meant to deny the plan instead of not select anything.
