Unable to acess data in Fusion ERP vide drill through functionality

Have configured the source system with following drill through URL but it is not fetching the required data from source.

R13@https://xxxxxxxxxxx.oraclecloud.com/fscmService/ErpIntegrationService?WSDL

Any help will be much appreciated
