Setup provides participants a $736.00 per pay period (bi-weekly paid in 1st two pay periods) flex credit to use for medical insurance enrollment for family coverage. This amount uses an element CONTRIB ER and once enrollment is completed, this same amount shows up as employee earnings on the paycheck rather than a lower amount (cost of insurance and fee). I.e. difference is not being forfeited.
