Individual Compensation Plan - Cannot submit compensation plan if one is pending approval

Hi,

We have set up multiple individual compensation plans. The plans are available in ESS and employees can submit these plans accordingly.
However, when one plan is submitted and pending approval, the whole page freezes and you cannot submit another individual compensation plan. You have to wait until the first plan is approved.

Is there a way or setup option which allows you to submit an individual compensation plan, even though another individual compensation plan is in approval?
