Disqualification Question appears as Empty in Candidate Submission

Hi,
We have created a new disqualification question and added Disqualification question block in candidate submission and general profile.
In the general profile page, i am able to view the question and response of the candidate but in the candidate submission, the block appears with message that "There is no data to display". Can you please let me know if anyone has faced this before.
