Previous Compensation Data in the worksheet

Hi,
Can you please let me know if it is possible to display the previous compensation cycle data in the worksheet. We already have enabled prior compensation increase amount and % column in the worksheet but i want to know if a URL can be enabled to display the previous compensation data.
