Coverage Start Date in Extract
Summary
Coverage start date/end dates when changing benefit tiersContent
We are working on finishing up our connection to the provider, but as we evaluate the coverage start date/end date setup we are seeing an issue. Our medical plan is effective as of date of hire or life event start date, but coverage end is always the end of the month. Because of this, if we have an employee who has Family option currently, but on 5/15/2019 had a life event where their spouse was leaving the plan the dates are not working appropriately.
What happens is that the employee and children end up with multiple rows in the extract that runs.
