Multiple Life Events Triggering in 19A

Since a patch in March, we have multiple life events being triggered when it previously was not. For example, for a new hire, only one new hire life event would be triggered when they start. Upon a patch in March, three life events gets triggered when a new hire starts (salary change, new hire, and newly eligible). This is the same for someone who is moving from PT to FT and vice versa. Oracle's recommendation is to create collapsible rules but it's still not working the way it previously was. Is anyone else doing something different to get only one
