I received the following requirements and would appreciate recommendations on what you would do.

1. Learners choose to take 1 of 2 options: Option 1 is a self-study enrollment; Option 2 is an ILT enrollment.

2. Learners who choose Option 1 have satisfied the requirement and attain a skill once the self-study enrollment has been completed.

3. Learners who choose Option 2 have to complete an assignment after the ILT session. The requirement is satisfied after both the ILT and assignment have been completed, at which time they attain the same skill as the Learners who chose Option 1.
