Creating a DFF on Invoice Header with LOV based on the Invoice Business Unit

Hi All,

Has any one created a DFF which provides a list of value based on specific business units,

I have a requirement where I have Business Unit Value and Client Name. One Business Unit [BU] can have multiple clients. So the DFF at invoice header should have a list of client values based on the BU which Invoice belong to. 

Example

BU                  Client              

A                        AAA

A                        BBB

B                        DDD

C                        YYY

Invoice               BU

1                        C

2                        A

3                        B

When user picks up the invoice 2 then he/she will see against say DFF Client Name  a LOV with AAA & BBB
