Can we change the Sender id from nobody@oracle.com to custom email address

Hi Experts , 
We are trying to define a business rules in the Business object to send an email notification and see that sender email address is nobody@oracle.com 

Can we change it to a custom email address. 
Please find the attached screenshot for your reference.
