Summary

We'd like to use Business Unit rather than Job Function to link to jobs within our site content. Has someone found a way to accomplish this?

We have a business need to link to a a filtered list of our jobs by Business Unit - has someone found a way to accomplish this?  We have seen how to do this by job function, but our Organization site content is business unit aligned.
