Is Job board integration mandatory for automatic posting of Jobs to LinkedIn and Indeed?

I understand that the LinkedIn integration is only for profile import; LinkedIn and Indeed do not scrape jobs from the career sites.

Is there any other automated way of posting jobs to LinkedIn other than integrating with a partner like eQuest or Talemetry?

The only other way I see now is the recruiter needs to manually post in LinkedIn and choose the option to link URL of the job requisition in external career site.

Any clarifications in this area would be appreciated.
