csv Headers not showing - File Adapter - IOC

When I write csv files using File Adapter the headers are not showing.

Hi All,

I'm using file adapter to write CSV files. However I can't make it write the headers. 

In the case below the header should me "test". 

Here's a screenshot of the test configuration:
