Tables to track employee activity to HCM

Hi All,

Can anyone tell us if there is a report,tables...or fields that we can use to create a report...to track if an employee has: 

1) Attempted to login to HCM 
a. If yes, if they successfully or unsuccessfully did as well 
2) Where and what they were able to access in HCM (i.e. Benefits, Self-Service, etc.)
