Cannot visualize new content section

I have troubles in visualizing new content sectionsContent
Hello ,
I have created a new content section, with the "accomplishments" template.
Then, in manage content section access, i have indicated the roles able to view and edit the content section: in my case employee, manager and human resources specialist.
I have also configured the subriscbers in the same way as done for others content sections which are visible in the system.
Anyway, when I access the system with a HR Specialist user, and select an employee from the directory, in "skills and qualification" I can see the the other content sections previously enabled, and not the one I just created.
