Adding a Box

Trying to add a box to the candidate recordContent
HI there
I am in my sandbox, on the candidate record and Edit Pages. I want to add Experience since for some strange reason it is not there by default. Tried to do it and it said I needed a box. So I went back to components and click the Add button in the Box, error message said it cannot add because there is no box to put the content which seems a bit backwards. I tried a moveable box and same error. What am I missing? And where is their documentation on this edit pages view?
