Make the employee as ineligible in comp plan if employee has terminated in plan eligible level

Is there any way can we make employee is ineligible in in main plan if the employee has terminated after worksheet has created.
Step1: We ran the create work sheet process and all the eligible employees got loaded in Workforce compensation and compensation plan has attached.
Step2: The employee got terminated in core HR with the after plan cycle end date
(Ex: Plan end date: 05/28/2019)--The employee got terminated on 06/04/2019.
So when we are running the refresh process are we able to make the employee as ineligible in plan level.
