Consolidating Payrolls into 1

Summary

We are looking for other customers that have consolidated their many payrolls into 1 and what their experience was afterwards.

Content

Hi,

I was wondering if there's anyone here who has consolidated many payrolls into 1 payroll.  My client wants to know how the experience was and if it was better or worse for payroll processing.

I have a client that has 5 different payrolls with the same frequency and calendar in their legacy system.  Each payroll is mapped to a legal entity.

To help simplify their payroll processing, I suggested we combine the 5 into 1.  Their concern is, currently they have payroll admins assigned to each payroll to run and validate.  If we combine them, they are concerned it'll be difficult for each payroll admin to validate it.
